Job summary

TD Canada Trust is seeking a Senior Personal Banker- Investing Trainee to deliver tailored investment guidance and financial planning in a dynamic branch setting. You will help clients pursue their financial goals through proactive conversations, recommending TD investment products, and coordinating with specialists as needed.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, IFC accreditation or equivalent, and CFSA within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant customer service or banking experience.
• Investment Funds in Canada (IFC) accreditation or equivalent required prior to start date.
• Certificate in Financial Services Advice (CFSA) within 90 days of hire.
• Post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a consistent and exceptional customer experience in the branch with a focus on investment advice.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of investment products and TD offerings.
• Ask thoughtful questions to uncover customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Provide ongoing financial guidance to improve customer confidence and loyalty.
