Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a consistent and exceptional customer experience in the branch with a focus on investment advice.
• Act as a subject matter expert for TD Personal and Business banking products and policies.
• Proactively reach out to discuss portfolio updates and investment opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of the local market, competitive offers and economic trends to support recommendations.
• Ensure documentation reflects customer intentions and complies with policies.

Education

High School diploma and/or Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in a related field) preferred
