Job summary

WIS International is seeking a results-driven Inventory Supervisor to lead a team of Inventory Associates and deliver world-class service to customers in Ontario.

The role requires supervising staff, establishing relationships with clients, counting inventory as needed, and occasional travel to customer locations. A driver’s license and high computer literacy are preferred; hourly pay starts at 19.60 with performance-based increases.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent supervisory experience an asset.
• Leadership and Training skills.
• Retail or Warehouse experience an asset.
• Driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Have a desire to learn the business and the drive to reach for promotional opportunities.

The successful candidate will:

• Supervise and lead a team of Inventory Associates.
• Provide world class service to both new and existing customers.

We are looking for someone with the following combination of Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

This is an hourly paid position with increases based on performance and completion of our training curriculum.
