Job summary

WIS International is seeking a results-driven Inventory Supervisor to lead a team of Inventory Associates and deliver excellent service to clients in the field. The role requires supervising, counting inventory with the team, building customer relationships, and traveling to customer locations on a varied schedule.

The position offers hourly pay with increases based on performance and completion of training curriculums, reflecting the company’s long-standing experience in retail services.

The successful candidate will:

• Supervise and lead a team of Inventory Associates.
• Provide world class service to both new and existing customers.
• Establish and maintain effective business relationships with customers.
• Count inventory as part of a team when not supervising or engaged in other responsibilities.
• Work a varied schedule and travel to our customers locations.

We are looking for someone with the following combination of Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent supervisory experience an asset.
• Leadership and Training skills.
• Retail or Warehouse experience an asset.
• Driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Have a desire to learn the business and the drive to reach for promotional opportunities.

Ideal candidates are goal oriented, team players with good interpersonal skills and a hands on management style.

This is an hourly paid position with increases based on performance and completion of our training curriculum.
