Job summary

WIS International in Canada seeks a results‑driven Inventory Supervisor to lead a team of Inventory Associates, deliver world class service to customers, build effective relationships, count inventory as part of the team, and travel to client locations.

Ideal candidates have post‑secondary education or supervisory experience, leadership and training skills, retail or warehouse experience, a valid driver’s license, good computer literacy, and a drive to grow with the business.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or supervisory experience is an asset.
• Leadership and training skills are required.
• Retail or warehouse experience is an asset.
• Driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• High level of computer literacy.

WIS International is looking for a result driven, service-oriented Inventory Supervisor!

The successful candidate will:

• Supervise and lead a team of Inventory Associates.


• Provide world class service to both new and existing customers.


• Establish and maintain effective business relationships with customers.


• Count inventory as part of a team when not supervising or engaged in other responsibilities.


• Work a varied schedule and travel to our customers locations.

We are looking for someone with the following combination of Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent supervisory experience an asset.


• Leadership and Training skills.


• Retail or Warehouse experience an asset.


• Driver’s license and acceptable driving record.


• High level of computer literacy.


• Have a desire to learn the business and the drive to reach for promotional opportunities.

Ideal candidates are goal oriented, team players with good interpersonal skills and a hands‑on management style.

This is an hourly paid position with increases based on performance and completion of our training curriculum.
