Job summary

WIS International in Canada is seeking a result-driven Inventory Supervisor to lead a team of Inventory Associates, provide world class service to customers, and travel to client locations. The role is hourly paid with performance-based increases.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong leadership and training skills, a driver's license, solid computer literacy, and a hands-on management style. You will build relationships and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred or asset.
• Leadership and Training skills required.
• Retail or Warehouse experience considered an asset.
• Driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• High level of computer literacy is essential.
• Desire to learn the business and pursue promotional opportunities.

The successful candidate will:

• Supervise and lead a team of Inventory Associates.
• Provide world class service to both new and existing customers.
• Establish and maintain effective business relationships with customers.
• Count inventory as part of a team when not supervising or engaged in other responsibilities.
• Work a varied schedule and travel to our customers locations.

We are looking for someone with the following combination of Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent supervisory experience an asset.
• Leadership and Training skills.
• Retail or Warehouse experience an asset.
• Driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Have a desire to learn the business and the drive to reach for promotional opportunities.

Ideal candidates are goal oriented, team players with good interpersonal skills and a hands-on management style.

This is an hourly paid position with increases based on performance and completion of our training curriculum.
