Job summary

Little Burgundy, a retail footwear brand, is seeking a Stock Coordinator to manage shipping and inventory control across stores. You will ensure accurate receiving, stocking and documentation while supporting store initiatives and maintaining an organized merch area.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work nights and weekends. A bilingual candidate (Québec) is preferred, with a path toward Manager in Training within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environment.
• Bilingualism as required (Quebec only).
• Willingness to learn.
• Completion of all training programs leading up to Manager in Training or equivalent.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work night and weekend shifts.
• Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Complete shipping and handling of company inventory.
• Adhere to security policies for shipping, receiving, and inventories.
• Meet and exceed store and personal performance standards.
• Support company initiatives per company direction.
• Verify accuracy of incoming/outgoing products and documents.
• Maintain neat, organized merchandise area.
• Communicate stock replenishment needs with relevant managers.
