JD Sports Fashion PLC is seeking a part-time Back of House Coordinator for CF Promenades St-Bruno in Montreal. You will support front-of-house requests, manage the stockroom, and handle daily e-commerce order processing from processing to shipping.

The role requires 2+ years in retail or stockroom work, familiarity with Shopify, and weekend flexibility. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

2+ years of retail or stockroom experience required.
Experience with Shopify platform is beneficial.
Must be flexible to work weekends.

Mansioni

Support Front of House associates by handling in-store customer requests.
Lead daily stockroom operations with labeling and neat arrangement.
Manage inventory reception, handling and organization to support sales.
Oversee end-to-end daily e-commerce orders: processing, picking, packing, shipping.
Communicate daily with customer service and stores via Slack and email.
Investigate discrepancies to reduce shrinkage and improve accuracy.
