Job summary

Little Burgundy is seeking a Stock Coordinator (Full-Time) to manage shipping, receiving and inventory control in a fast-paced retail environment. You will ensure accuracy of products, documents and stock levels while upholding company standards and promoting the brand culture.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn. Night and weekend shifts are possible, with promotions from within and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail sales experience.
• Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environment.
• Completion of training leading to Manager in Training or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal standards of performance.
• Ensure store initiatives are implemented to company direction.
• Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing products and documents.
• Ensure proper handling of inventory and merchandising.
• Maintain neat, organized merchandise area.
• Communicate stock replenishment needs to relevant departments.
• Support Store Manager and Co-Manager with duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate Little Burgundy culture to the team.
