  • Assist in preparing annual budgets

  • Guide staff engaged in records management, security, finance, purchasing, HR, or other administrative services
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulations
  • Hire and train staff or arrange training
  • Manage budgets for projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
  • Prepare reports for management evaluation
