Job summary

International Test Pilots School North Bay invites applications for an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator. You will manage shipping/receiving, maintain accurate inventory, and coordinate purchasing to support flight operations and admin teams.

The role requires 2+ years in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations, strong organization, and experience with inventory systems. Forklift experience is an asset; local supplier pickups are required.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
  • Experience with purchasing or procurement is an asset.
  • Experience in aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, or a regulated environment is an asset.
  • Experience working with aviation parts or maintenance inventory is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using inventory management or ERP software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties.
  • Ability to pass security screening and meet Controlled Goods Program requirements
  • Valid driver’s license (local supplier pickups required)

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Prepare, package, and ship accurately and on schedule.
  • Pick, issue, and stage aircraft parts and tooling for AMEs and apprentices
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using the company's inventory management system.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse and storage areas for safety and efficiency.
  • Identify inventory discrepancies and investigate variances.
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment as required.
  • Assist with preparing purchase orders and communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery, and order status.
  • Follow up on backorders and ensure timely receipt of materials.
  • Operate material handling equipment (forklift experience is an asset).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with other warehouse and operations duties as required.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations.
