Job summary

Moulure Alexandria Moulding Inc is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to ensure accurate recording and movement of inventory within the Alexandria facility. You will audit, test and optimize RF transactions, and support ERP updates to mirror real-time stock levels.

The role involves cross-department collaboration, quarterly physical counts, and ongoing process improvements to reduce discrepancies and improve KPI metrics.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in related field.
• CPIM Certification or on track to be certified is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of RF inventory tracking systems.
• Knowledge of ERP software systems.
• Knowledge of quality systems

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts.
• Investigate discrepancies and determine root causes.
• Lead quarterly physical inventory counts and reconcile variances.
• Manage distribution centre work orders and material flow.
• Coordinate inventory locations and ERP updates.
• Collaborate with managers across planning, distribution and manufacturing.
