Job summary

S&S Activewear is seeking an Inventory Control Associate in Calgary to maintain orderly, accurate stock records. The role includes daily cycle counts, verifying inventory, and addressing discrepancies while handling shipments and customer orders with care.

You will operate barcode scanners, use warehouse software, and work a Monday–Friday schedule in a full-time, non-exempt capacity. Emphasis on accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Perform daily cycle counting of inventory.
• Verify bulk inventory for accuracy.
• Resolve discrepancies through research and counts.
• Operate barcode scanner and warehouse software.
• Prepare orders accurately to meet daily goals.
• Follow KPIs for safety, quality, production and efficiency.
• Pack goods for shipment.
• Train in Will Call and customer service duties.
• Maintain organization of Distribution Center.

Responsibilities

• Perform Daily Cycle Counting of inventory.
• Verify bulk inventory for accuracy.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies through research and physical counts.
• Propose corrections to on hand inventory after inspections.
• Process return orders to mills.
• Operate barcode scanner and use warehouse software.
• Prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals.
• Follow and meet KPI’s for safety, quality, production, efficiency and service requirements.
• Prepare and pack goods for shipment.
• Report and record any discrepancy, damaged items, shortages, or unidentified packages.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, stock chaser.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of Distribution Center.
• Assist with other warehouse or branch duties as needed.
