Lillooet Hospital & Health Centre in Lillooet, BC is seeking a Casual Inventory Control Liaison | Department Aide to join our clerical team on a casual basis. The role involves maintaining stock levels, processing requisitions for surgical services, and coordinating with BC Clinical and Support Services and vendors.
Shifts vary with 08:00–16:00, 07:00–15:00, and 16:00–20:00 times, with up to 37.5 hours/week as needed.

This position works collaboratively with Nursing, Medical Device Reprocessing and BC Clinical and Support Services (BCCSS) and is responsible for completing requisitions for minor and major equipment, supplies and services for Surgical Services (and other designated departments/areas as required by the facility). It ensures stock levels are maintained, reports inventory issues to Manager (or designate), contacts BCCSS and/or vendor representatives related to inventory issues, and maintains procedure manuals, reference catalogues, and other forms of communication/documentation related to inventory and logistics for Surgical Services. It performs other related clerical duties.
