Vinylbilt Windows and Doors 2021 Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accurate stock levels across our Vaughan distribution center. This role involves hands-on inventory management, data integrity, and close collaboration with warehouse, purchasing, and production teams.

You will conduct cycle counts, reconcile records, and maintain clean, safe work areas while following all safety guidelines. The position requires physical effort and standing for extended periods.

Formación

• High school diploma or Equivalent
• 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in inventory systems and Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Fenevision systems is a plus
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability

• Perform inventory audits and cycle counts as required
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
• Enter, update, and audit inventory data in internal systems
• Work closely with warehouse, purchasing, and production teams
• Assist in receiving and stocking of goods as needed
• Lift and move materials (up to weight of 50 lbs) and operate basic warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring inventory integrity across all systems and locations.

This role involves physical labor, including lifting, moving, and organizing inventory materials in warehouse and storage areas.
