Responsibilities

• Participate in the procurement cycle activities (RFQ, bid analysis, PO follow‑up) under supervision.
• Collaborate with suppliers and project teams to gather information and track progress.
• Assist with SAP, LMS, and tracking tools used in procurement.
• Prepare updates and coordinate across teams to keep projects moving.
• Support supplier communication and issue resolution as needed.

Your experience at ANDRITZ

From day one, you will take part in hands‑on activities across the procurement cycle. Guided by experienced professionals, you will contribute to requests for quotation, bid analysis, purchase order follow‑up, and communication with suppliers and project teams. You will gradually build confidence and independence while developing your professional judgment.

• Explore project needs and gather information with engineering and project teams;
• Identify suppliers and help prepare requests for quotation;
• Compare bids and highlight key differences to support decisions;
• Build familiarity with purchase orders by preparing and updating them under supervision;
• Track purchase order progress, required documents, and delivery dates with suppliers;
• Help information move smoothly and contribute to resolving routine supplier questions;
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to understand invoice processing and reconciliation;
• Discover SAP, LMS, and other internal tools while supporting follow‑ups, changes, and urgent purchases;
• Prepare useful updates and collaborate across teams to keep projects moving.
