Job summary

ANDRITZ Canada is offering an Early Career Advancement Program – Hydro (CAP-Hydro) for engineers in Pointe-Claire, Quebec. The role provides a permanent, full-time opportunity with a structured 12-month integration, featuring three rotations across design, site installation and integration projects.

The program aims to develop talent for hydroelectric projects within a global leader in turbine and generator design.

Are you ready to join our team?

Each application meeting the following criteria will be carefully reviewed by our team:

• You have a bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a bachelor's and master's degree in those fields


• You have 1 to 5 years of experience in engineering


• You have a keen interest in innovation and large-scale projects


• You are interested in hydroelectricity and its contribution to the energy challenge
