Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and optimize construction methods and sequences.
  • Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and technical documentation.
  • Design temporary works including: Formwork and falsework, Hoisting and jacking systems, Excavation and shoring systems, Lifting/rigging devices, Temporary bridges, pile templates, cofferdams, and access systems.
  • Prepare or work with technicians to prepare models and drawings for M TW.
  • Prepare engineering calculations and documentation.
  • Support construction teams with technical guidance, field reviews, and certificates of conformity.

  • Be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of application and for the entire duration of the internship.

  • Be duly enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution or have graduated from such an institution within no more than six (6) months prior to the internship start date.
