Job summary

NSCC International in Halifax, Nova Scotia, is hiring a Project Coordinator (PS2) to support international learning programs and externally funded projects. The role reports to the NSCC International managers and requires coordinating activities with diverse stakeholders, planning events, budgeting, and reporting.

The successful candidate will have a 2-year college diploma and at least 3 years of related experience, with strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year college diploma in related discipline.
• At least 3 years of recent related occupational experience.
• Experience with international initiatives and proposal development is an asset.
• Proficient with MS Office including Outlook.
• Comfortable in a digital environment and using technology to improve student experience.
• Experience in training/facilitation delivery and evaluation.
• Experience supporting/providing services to students.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate externally funded technical assistance projects and international learning programs for students and staff.
• Build relationships and communicate with international stakeholders, partners, and funding agencies.
• Plan events, budgeting, implementation, and narrative reporting.
