Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years full-time related experience in project coordination.
• Strong project management and team collaboration abilities.
• Experience organizing large volumes of information and documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder relationship building across a matrix organization.
• Detail-focused, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and learning opportunities with academic schools, campuses, external clients and faculty.
• Lead logistics planning: course scheduling, space booking, equipment, faculty coordination and registrations.
• Serve as a student contact, respond to inquiries and connect to supports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support contract training delivery.
• Develop streamlined workflows and maintain documentation templates and processes.
• Coordinate purchasing in line with policy: quotes, DPOs, journal vouchers, invoices.
• Liaise with external partners or funders to meet project requirements.
