Job summary

Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a Production/Post Production Coordinator to support our International Originals, Canada team in Toronto. You will manage the flow of information, track deliverables, and ensure smooth production through setup, production, and wrap stages.

The role requires 2+ years in studio or production assistant work and 1+ years on-set production plus a Bachelor’s degree. You will collaborate with BA, Legal, and Finance, and interact with multiple departments across global

Qualifications

2+ years of studio or production company assistant experience.
1+ years of on-set physical production experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience with above-the-line and below-the-line unions and guilds.

Responsibilities

Compile, distribute, and store production/post production documents on the studio network.
Track and process approvals and production payments with BA, Legal, and Finance.
Maintain a checklist for each show to ensure major milestones are met.
Coordinate development kick-off calls for each project.
Update and distribute studio contact lists and production guidelines.
Maintain relationships with vendors and show level counterparts.
Facilitate general requests to ensure shows follow studio guidelines.
