Job summary

MJMT Inc. in Canada is expanding its team to support the development of its productions. The role focuses on post-production, graphic design work and visual integration, with on-camera duties as needed and handling related technical coordination.

This is not limited to routine execution; the person will be trained and gradually take on broader responsibilities in production coordination and the company’s operations.

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience in audiovisual post-production, editing, graphic design, motion design or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with complete post-production cycles.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent tools.
• Good understanding of proxies, formats, codecs, exports, image/sound exchanges, versions, masters and deliverables.
• Experience with camera operation.
• Ability to check production equipment and properly manage media after a shoot.
• Ability to work across multiple productions whose teams, methods and needs will vary.
• Interest in production coordination and developing management skills.

Responsibilities

• Post-production: ingesting, backing up, organizing footage and exports for various stages.
• Graphic Design: create and adapt titles and on-screen text for sequences.
• Image and Camera: handle technical prep for shoots and basic camera work.
• Technical Coordination: track media, versions and deliverables across departments.
• Growth: progress toward production coordination and operational planning.
