Lactalis Canada invites applicants for the International Manufacturing Training Program hosted in Rennes, France. This fully funded opportunity launches a career in dairy manufacturing and industrial operations with dual training in science and management.

Eligible candidates are Canadian residents with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Food Science, a French level at B2, and a willingness to relocate across Canada for future assignments within the Lactalis group.

• Scientific expertise in dairy products, processing methods, and physico‑chemical fundamentals
• Dual training: scientific knowledge + management (production, cost control, economic analysis)
• Operational and strategic management in industrial environments
• In‑depth understanding of raw materials and transformation processes
• Knowledge of the nutritional value of dairy products
• Global corporate culture and immersion in an international organization

Compensation:

As part of our commitment to fairness, trust, and transparency and our ambition to be an Employer of Choice, the base salary range for this position is: $25.00–$27.00 .
