Job summary

Lactalis Canada invites students to explore a Summer 2027 Industrial & Manufacturing Internship within its manufacturing operations. This program seeks individuals interested in engineering, process improvement, and hands-on learning in a fast-paced production setting.

Participants will gain exposure to industrial operations, maintenance, quality, and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, or a related discipline.
• Interest in manufacturing, industrial operations, and process improvement.
• Flexibility to support operational needs, including varying schedules when required.
• Curious mindset, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Compensation:

As part of our commitment to fairness, trust, and transparency and our ambition to be an Employer of Choice, the base salary range for this position is: $24.00–$26.00 .

Please note:Along with a comprehensive Total Rewards package, your actual base salary will be fair, competitive, andbe basedon your skills, experience, and qualifications.
