Lactalis Canada is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production at the plant, ensuring a safe operation, achieving targets, and driving continuous improvement across processes.
The role includes supervising teams, optimizing quality and cost, and maintaining GMP and sanitation, with a focus on safety and compliance. Weekend coverage and a night shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) are required, subject to plant needs.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day production operations at the plant facility including proactively conducting root cause analysis and correcting operating issues and employee activities. The position is responsible for ensuring a safe operation, key targets and results are achieved, effective management of resources, identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives, and scheduling and related services to help ensure production objectives are met.
The shift for this position is 10.00 pm to 6.30 am - weekend coverage required. Subject to change depending on plant needs.

As part of our commitment to fairness, trust, and transparency and our ambition to be an Employer of Choice, the base salary range for this position is:$70,100.00–$87,600.00 .
Please note: Along with a comprehensive Total Rewards package, your actual base salary will be fair, competitive, and be based on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
