Job summary

KELK Canada (Vishay Precision Group ULC) seeks a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our team. You will manage shipment logs, carrier relationships, and export document processes while ensuring accurate communication across production, sales, and customers.

Ideal candidates have a college business degree and 1–2 years in freight or logistics with strong Excel and ERP/TMS experience. This role emphasizes accuracy, coordination, and timely updates in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent college degree in business or related field.
• 1–2 years freight brokerage/dispatching experience preferred.
• Knowledge of INCOTERM and export letter of credit beneficial.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with ERP and TMS systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Shipment Log and track shipment status with production and sales teams.
• Manage carrier portfolio and align with freight, engaging with carriers as needed.
• Prepare documentation for export letters of credit and other bank instruments; submit invoices for progress payments.
• Communicate shipment details to carriers and internal teams.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to tracking and tracing.
