The Greater Essex County District School Board is seeking an International Languages Instructor - Cantonese to teach Saturday morning sessions at a school site. Classes run from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, starting October 3, 2026, for a 25-week term with annual extension possible by agreement.
The instructor will teach Cantonese, use basic computer tools, and promote an inclusive learning environment. A Vulnerable Sector Check is required and experience with youth or adult learners is a plus.

Position: International Languages Instructor - Cantonese
Duties: Instructing students to learn the language.
Term of appointment: October 2026 to May 15, 2027. This position is a 25 week assignment, extendable on an annual basis by agreement between both employer and employee.
Salary: $40.06 per hour (including pay for Vacation and Statutory Holidays) in accordance with the OSSTF Continuing Education Instructors Collective Agreement.
