Job Summary: Under the direction of the Project & Asset Manager, or designate, will ensure that the designated buildings of the municipality are clean and safe by performing routine tasks in maintaining cleanliness, sanitary conditions and appearance including seasonal snow removal and other duties as assigned. This position is 40.0 hours per week (5 shifts of 8.0 hours per day), over a 7 day period which could include days, evenings and weekends.
