Assist in conducting stress analysis and evaluations of aerospace structures, components, and systems using established engineering principles, mechanics of materials, and finite element analysis (FEA) techniques.
Collaborate with stress engineers and other team members to analyse and interpret data and provide design improvements or modifications and resolve issues related to structural integrity, performance, and safety of the product.
Support the preparation of technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate analysis results to internal and external stakeholders.
Utilise relevant software tools, such as NASTRAN, Hyper Works, or other stress analysis software, to perform stress analysis and simulations. Support in preparing and organising in-house stress tools and references.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, manufacturing engineers, and quality engineers to ensure the success of the project.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $17.95 to CAD $31.00 per hour. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier's sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
