Job summary

Bombardier in Saint-Laurent, Quebec offers an 8-month Winter 2027 internship in Research & Technology Aircraft Systems Architecture management. The role seeks a bilingual engineering student eager to explore aircraft systems.

You will contribute to conceptual design studies, system sizing, and MBSE modeling while collaborating across engineering disciplines. Hybrid work and Canada-wide travel may be required.

Qualifications

• You are a bilingual engineering student with an interest and experience in aircraft systems.
• You are experienced in Systems Engineering, with good knowledge in fluid mechanics and thermodynamics.
• You are experienced in Office 365 applications, preferably also in PLM applications such as Team Center and MBSE tools such as Capella.

Responsibilities

• Participate in performing conceptual design aircraft studies
• Support and perform preliminary System sizing activities
• Participate in Systems R&T projects developing novel technologies
• Support novel Systems integration studies within the aircraft context
• Be involved in trade studies to identify most beneficial solutions at aircraft level
• Interface with other systems, structures, technical disciplines.
• Develop MBSE models for System Architectures
• Support requirements capturing from aircraft level to systems level, including validation activities.
• Utilize the PLM tools and processes
• Document and present the work and results
