Job summary

Bombardier Internship in Research and Technology, Program Office is a 4–8 month role located in Canada. You will participate in coordinating collaborative R&T projects with industry, academia and government, and help manage tools, processes, progress reporting and contracts.

Strong French/English communication and Power BI knowledge are required. You are a 2nd or 3rd year university student with interest in Aerospace Engineering, Product Development, and Continuous Improvement.

Qualifications

• Participate in coordinating research and technology projects with industry, academia and government partners, identifying and implementing improvements to tools and processes.
• Coordinate progress and financial reporting for various R&D funding mechanisms.
• Coordinate contracts needed to support strategic collaborative research projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance R&T initiatives.
• Support reporting, budgeting and contract management for active projects.
• Assist in coordination of multiple research partnerships and deliverables.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Participate in the coordination of research and technology collaborative research projects with industry, academia and government partners by identifying and implementing improvements to tools and processes.
• Participate, as part of the R&T Program Office, in the coordination of progress and financial reporting for various R&D funding mechanisms.
• Participate, as part of R&T Program Office, in the coordination of various contracts needed to support strategic collaborative research projects.

How to thrive in this role?

• You have the necessary skills to be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• You are a second or third year University student with an interest in Aerospace Engineering, Product Development, and Continuous Improvement.
• You have good communication skills in both French and English.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a must.
