Job summary

Bombardier in Dorval, QC is offering a 12-month internship in program management and budgeting. The role supports budget analysis, governance planning, and portfolio reporting while gaining exposure to large data sets and corporate processes.

You will work in a hybrid setup, using MS Office and PowerBI, with instruction from the team. Fluency in French and English is required, and students from business, finance, engineering, or IT tracks are welcome.

Qualifications

• You are familiar with the basic principles of financial management, project management or portfolio management.
• You are enrolled in business administration, finance, engineering or information technologies school path.
• You have knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and PowerBI software suites (an asset).
• You have experience in database management or data processing.
• You are structured and autonomous in carrying out your tasks.
• You speak and write in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze budget envelopes of the Program Management teams
• Plan follow-up meetings and present your analysis
• Plan and structure governance activities
• Develop analysis tools for large volume of data
• Contribute to budget process improvement or other processes
• Prepare project portfolio presentations for the management team
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities on the budget envelopes
