Job summary

• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Analyze budget envelopes of the Program Management teams.
• Plan follow-up meetings and present your analysis.
• Plan and structure governance activities.
• Develop analysis tools for large volumes of data.
• Contribute to budget process improvements.
• Prepare project portfolio presentations for management.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities on the budget envelopes.

How to thrive in this role?

• You are familiar with the basic principles of financial management, project management or portfolio management
• You are enrolled in business administration, finance, engineering or information technologies school path
• You have knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and PowerBI software suites (an asset)
• You have experience in database management or data processing
• You are structured and autonomous in carrying out your tasks
• You speak and write in French and English.
