Kensington is seeking an Intern for Partner Relations (Procurement) in Toronto. You will support the procurement processes across Hotels, DMC, and Cruise, helping to manage partner relationships and analyze rate competitiveness.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure negotiated rates deliver profitability and value. The internship runs Sept–Dec 2026 with hybrid work at the Toronto head office.

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Partner Relations – Procurement team as an intern supporting all three of our supply verticals: DMCs, Hotels, and Cruise. Our teamsare responsible foraccount management, rate competitiveness and negotiation, business development, andprocuringthe right connectivity solutions across these supply partners. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to how a leading luxury travel company manages, analyzes, and grows its supplier partnerships across multiple travel verticals.You'llwork closely with the Partner Relations teams to support day-to-dayactivities, contribute to rate competitiveness and negotiation analysis, and helpidentifynew business development and connectivity opportunities across Hotels, DMC, and Cruise.

This internship position is open during the period ofSeptember – December 2026
This internship is 40 hours per week at $20/hour, running from September 8 to December 18, 2026.
The role follows a hybrid work model, with 2–3 days per week working from our head office at 2 Queen Street East, Toronto.
