Job summary

Bombardier is offering an 8-month internship at the Completion Center within the Logistics team. The position is hybrid, with some travel outside Canada for training. Internship opportunities are open to students only, not graduates.

As an intern, you will study SAP and ERP processes, support data quality initiatives, and help define KPIs. You will work with logistics and supply teams, interact with multiple departments, and contribute to system improvements.

Qualifications

• Study in a BAA program in logistics or operations management.
• Minimum of 1 year in the program completed.
• Master SAP and Excel (Office suite).
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong planning abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyse ERP data quality.
• Define and maintain KPIs based on ERP and internal processes.
• Maintain system integrity.
• Develop and participate in action plans with internal logistics and supply teams.
• Interact with multifunctional teams (Logistics, Supply, Methods, IE, Quality).
• Support new tools deployment in the manufacturing system.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Analyse ERP’s datas quality
• Define and maintain key performance indicators based on our ERP, and our internal process.
• Maintain system integrity.
• Develop and participate t action plan with the internal logistic team and the supply team.
• Interact with multifunctional teams (Logistic, supply, methods, Industrial Engineering, Quality)
• Support new tools implantation in our manufacturing system
