Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a student intern to join the Industrialization team at the Administrative Centre (CA) for an 8-month hybrid placement in Canada. You will collaborate with project managers and analysts to monitor plans, coordinate activities, and prepare documentation including analyses and executive presentations.

You will contribute to manufacturing excellence and process improvements while developing governance materials, KPI dashboards, and strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Aeronautical Engineering, or in Operations Management, Business Administration.
• Interest in Project Management and strategic business analysis.
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish is an asset.
• Curious about the aviation industry, its products and market dynamics.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, with a proactive mindset.
• Enjoys working with data and numbers in a structured, analytical way.
• Proficient with Office 365 tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams.
• Demonstrates autonomy, a customer-oriented approach, and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Industrialization Project Managers and Business Analysts to monitor project plans and assist with tasks across multiple initiatives.
• Help plan and coordinate activities to support master and detailed industrialization plans.
• Create, revise, and organize documentation related to industrialization processes, including analyses and executive presentations.
• Contribute to industrialization strategies for manufacturing excellence and footprint optimization.
• Participate in developing and implementing process improvements for the Industrialization strategy.
• Support governance, develop presentations and maintain KPIs.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and planning.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance the execution of the Industrialization strategy.
• Support governance, develop presentation and maintain KPI’s.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning.

How to thrive in this role?

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Aeronautical Engineering, or in Operations Management, Business Administration.
• You have an interest in Project Management and strategic business analysis.
• You are fluent in English and French, both spoken and written. Spanish is considered an asset.
