Job summary

iA Financial Group is seeking an Intern – Business Analyst to join the IT Solutions Delivery team in a hybrid role in Quebec City or Montreal. You will contribute to analyzing business needs, documenting solutions, and supporting improvement requests with our business partners.

You will help document processes, participate in IT solution development, and work across tools and platforms, collaborating to resolve issues and support testing and validation activities while learning in a supportive

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in MIS, OIS, BI, or related field.
• Preferably completing the final internship.
• Interest in AI tools and initial experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms, especially Power Platform, or eagerness to learn.
• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting processes is a plus.

• Ideally completing their final internship

• Has relevant work experience, particularly through an internship or student job in a related field
