Job summary

iA Financial Group is seeking an Intern – Developer in Quebec. The role focuses on analysis, development, integration, and QA of software solutions to meet business needs.

The intern will contribute to tests, collaboration with IT and business teams, and the delivery of solutions across environments. The ideal candidate is a computer science student, strong in JavaScript, with a DEVOPS/AGILE mindset, and bilingual in French and English.

Qualifications

• Currently a student in a bachelor’s degree in computer science and must complete a credited internship in Winter 2027.
• Has good knowledge of JavaScript.
• Is motivated to learn and interested in Web development.
• Collaborates effectively in a DEVOPS and AGILE environment.
• Shows interest in AI tools and the Office Suite.
• Demonstrates autonomy in technical tasks and problem solving.
• Has advanced French language skills for collaboration with French-speaking partners.
• Has intermediate English language skills for collaboration with English-speaking partners.

• Has an interest marked knowledgean interest marked for the use of artificial intelligence tools and the Office Suite;

• Has an advanced level of knowledge of the French language since the person will be required to collaborate with unilingual French-speaking internal partners and consult technical documentation in French on a daily basis;


• Has an intermediate level of knowledge of the English language since the person will be required to collaborate with unilingual English-speaking internal partners and consult technical documentation in French on a daily basis.
