Job Location: Toronto, ON/Hybrid

Job Description:

Must Haves:

· 5+ years’ experience creating and executing manual test scenarios, test cases/scripts, and test data

· 5+ years’ experience creating traceability matrices to align tests with business requirements

· Strong experience with non-functional testing (e.g., performance, failover, data integrity, security)

· Proven background in technical test planning and strategy

· Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and traceability matrices

· Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing

· Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to validate requirements

· Utilize tools such as Selenium and JIRA for automation and defect tracking

Support UAT efforts, post-release validation, and coordinate defect review meetings
