Tri Innovations in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking a full-time Intermediate Structural Designer to join our growing team. You will work with senior staff and engineers to deliver detailed steel, piling and concrete drawings, and to create 3D models using Autodesk Advance Steel.

The role requires 5+ years in structural steel and concrete design, proficiency with Navisworks and Bluebeam, and a diploma from a recognized technical institution. Hybrid work options and strong team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma from a recognized technical institution.
• Minimum 5 years experience in structural steel and concrete design.
• Experience using Autodesk Advance Steel considered an asset.
• Fluent using Autodesk Navisworks and Bluebeam.
• Experience creating 3D steel and concrete models.
• Experience producing complex structural steel details, location plans, pile schedules and material takeoffs.
• Experience with concrete and rebar detailing considered a bonus.
• Knowledge of materials, products and construction procedures.
