Job summary

EastPoint Engineering Limited is seeking a BIM Designer to support BIM and drawing production for a range of project types from its Halifax office. The role involves developing technical solutions for office and field work, contributing to preliminary and detailed design, tendering, and construction.

Your responsibilities include producing 2D/3D drawings, coordinating with internal and external teams, and applying BIM workflows to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

About This Opportunity

Please note this position is based in our Halifax office and applicants must be able to work on location at 1801 Hollis Street, Halifax, NS. Hybrid arrangements for applicants outside the local area will not be considered.

Reporting to the BIM Manager, you will support BIM and drawing production by developing technical solutions for office and field work. You will contribute to preliminary and detailed design, tendering, and construction. Primary Accountabilities

Note: Successful applicants must obtain Reliability Status clearance through the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate within 6 months of their start date.
