Job summary

Compugen Inc. seeks an Intermediate Security Specialist – Security Architect for a 12-month onsite contract in Regina, SK. The role focuses on security architecture across infrastructure, identifying gaps, and guiding security standards.

Required 6–8 years of experience, a Computer Engineering/CS degree, CISSP/SSCP/GIAC or equivalent training, and strong communication with stakeholders. Experience with NERC CIP is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Technical Specification Documents (TSDs) covering hardware/software requirements, network configuration and other implementation details.

They will also provide security guidance for infrastructure solutions developed by Operations.This is specifically an infrastructure-focused security architect. Mandatory experience includes projects/support involving Cisco, Azure, networking, storage, data centres, servers and related infrastructure from a security solution architecture perspective. Prior hands-on operational administration of servers, storage, backup and networks is particularly desirable.The broader position catalogue also requires experience identifying architecture security gaps, conducting/recommending threat-risk assessments, defining security standards and patterns, developing technology roadmaps, and working with Enterprise and Data Architecture.
