Qualifications

• 3-5 years of mechanical design experience in heavy industrial facilities.
• Proficient in 3D modelling and 2D drafting environments.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Knowledge of industrial project delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience with greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and support team development.
