Wawanesa Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Claims Adjuster Level 2, Auto Physical Damage. The role focuses on fair adjustment of low-complexity auto claims and delivering a consistent member experience.
You will apply coverages, document files through the claim life cycle, and maintain timely communication. Ideal candidates have 1 year of auto insurance experience, a CIP designation (preferred), and a post-secondary degree.

The Claims Adjuster Level 2, Auto Physical Damage contributes to Wawanesa’s goal of delivering an exceptional and consistent member experience through the fair and equitable adjustment of low‑complexity auto physical damage claims. The role is responsible for applying and explaining policy coverages and documenting claim files throughout the claim life cycle, ensuring timely and prompt management from initial report to conclusion.
