About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Intermediate Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in architectural technology, with proficiency in Revit and a strong understanding of building codes and construction technology. This is an in-office position, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation using Revit.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to develop and refine design concepts.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to gather data and ensure project accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including specifications and schedules.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Review and coordinate consultant drawings and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Architectural Technology or Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm or related environment.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with other design software is an asset.
• Strong knowledge / proficiency of Canadian building codes and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Competitive salary of $60k - $85k, dependent on experience.
