Lakeside Process Controls Ltd. in Mississauga seeks an Applications Engineering, Intermediate to join our team.

You will work with customers to understand needs, prepare quotations, perform performance calculations, and ensure orders execute from quotation to shipment. The role requires a degree in engineering or a technologist diploma with 4+ years in application engineering or inside sales, plus strong strategic thinking, negotiation, analytics, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or Technologist Diploma.
• 4+ years in an Application Engineering/Inside Sales or similar role.
• Strategic thinking and negotiation and networking skills.
• Analytical, customer-oriented and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend products or solutions.
• Provide written quotations and proposals based on equipment/services selected.
• Perform performance calculations and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure order execution from quotation to final shipment.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with customers to maximize bookings.
