Clarity Recruitment is seeking a detailed-oriented FP&A professional to own the revenue process end-to-end for a medical device distributor in Mississauga. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closes, collaborating across finance and commercial teams.
This hybrid role requires 3+ years in FP&A or financial analysis, CPA designation, and advanced Excel with Power BI experience. You’ll support planning cycles, build robust models, and optimize reporting tools in a live budget
Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
Rate: $55-60/hr
Industry: Medical Device Distribution
Position Type: Backfill
Our client is part of an international, publicly traded group of specialized medical device distributors. In Canada, the business operates three distribution companies across two legal entities, supplying diagnostic and therapeutic products to laboratories, hospitals, and clinics.
The Finance team is lean, and this role sits at the center of the revenue process. You'll own it from pipeline visibility through month-end accounting to the annual sales planning cycle. The fiscal 2027 budget is being finalized now, with forecasts in February and June and the formal budget in July, so you'll step straight into a live planning calendar. You'll report directly to the finance lead and have regular visibility with senior leadership and the commercial teams.
The role is currently a blend of FP&A support and recurring revenue reporting, and the mandate is expanding toward dedicated FP&A as sales compensation ownership moves from the commercial teams into Finance. A Power BI report rationalization project is also kicking off. Everything you need to run the cycle already exists, and you're welcome to improve it. This is a coverage role with a firm start: Monday, October 19 at the latest, with five days of cross-training from the outgoing analyst.
We do appreciate all interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
