Value Buds is hiring an Interim Multi-Unit Store Manager to lead daily store operations, build a high-performing team, and drive sales and compliance in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment. You’ll own store results while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires 3+ years in retail with leadership responsibility, strong sales and people-skills, and experience in regulated cannabis retail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail or customer service experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strong sales, people leadership, and operational skills.
• Cannabis, liquor, or regulated retail experience preferred.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell) required or preferred.
• Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+)

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and ensure operational excellence.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage store teams.
• Drive sales, KPIs, labour, and budget performance.
• Create a strong customer-focused sales culture.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with provincial cannabis regulations.
• Verify ID and follow all company policies and procedures.
