Qualifications

  • 2+ Jahre Erfahrung in Kundenbetreuung oder Onboarding in einem SaaS-Umfeld.
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Produktdemonstrationen und Schulungen.
  • Kenntnisse in CSS und DOM-Debugging sind von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

  • Durchführung des Onboarding-Prozesses für neue Kunden und Minimierung der Zeit bis zum ersten Wert.
  • Pflege starker Kundenbeziehungen zur Steigerung von Loyalität und Engagement.

The Role

The Integration Manager role is focused on driving adoption and usage of our software by successfully onboarding our customers. You will communicate product value and lead customers in product demos in addition to tailored training sessions. You will uncover customer pain points, collect valuable feedback and voice customer concerns to the department to further develop content and improve the onboarding process. You are a confident, self-starter with the ability to problem solve on the fly. You possess excellent communication skills, a high degree of initiative, and you maintain a customer-first focus.

This is a full-time contract position covering a maternity leave from June 2025 to July 2026.

Duties

  • Execute an onboarding process for all customers (new/upgraded) and minimize the time-to-first-value.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to help drive loyalty and engagement.
  • Conduct training sessions with all customers in the first 90 days to ensure competencies in lead handling in order to help them in achieving their goals.
  • Collect feedback from customers to develop and/or refresh content for educational training sessions and product demos.
  • Drive usage of product features contributing to customer engagement and retention throughout the onboarding period.
  • Support the integration of AutoVerify tools into the customer's technology platform.
  • Provide account support by adding users, updating system preferences, and resolving technical issues quickly as needed.
  • Follow a 30-day high touch onboarding process with customers to ensure satisfaction, re-communicate product value and ensure a high level of support in the critical first 90 days.
  • Perform the initial Playbook call in collaboration with the Account Manager.
  • Input accurate and up to date customer information in our CRM database (HubSpot).
  • Work closely with Sales and Account Managers to ensure strategic alignment and healthy transition of relationships.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success/experience, onboarding or user engagement within a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment.
  • Experience training and onboarding customers to an online platform.
  • Experience hosting product demos and/or training sessions.
  • Knowledge of CSS selectors and how they can be used to refer to locations on web pages.
  • Experience with or knowledge of adding tags to existing web pages.
  • Ability to debug the Document Object Model (DOM) of a web page to uncover errors in scripts or rendering of content.
  • Experience with or knowledge of Jira and/or Hubspot is considered an asset.
  • A passion for creating a memorable customer experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in both English and French is an asset.
  • Dedicated team-player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly intuitive, receptive to feedback and has a contestant desire to learn and improve.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work well independently.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple competing priorities.


Performance Package

On-Target-Earnings: $60,000/year

The salary range listed is for a Canadian employee. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to salary, eligible AutoVerify employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
