Job summary

CAE is seeking a Training System Integrated Solution Leader to drive end-to-end training solutions for defense forces worldwide, leveraging CAE's simulation technologies and industry partnerships.

In this senior leadership role based in Montreal, you will lead capture, proposal development, and training program delivery, collaborating with engineers, SMEs, and customers to shape integrated training systems and ensure lifecycle-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in industry and/or military service.
• Minimum 10 years developing and/or delivering training programs in defense.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and development of fully integrated training solutions from pre-RFP through award.
• Act as primary point of contact for training solution matters with stakeholders and customers.
• Collaborate with domain experts to define comprehensive training programs for individual and team training.
• Provide leadership to capture teams on large Training System Integration opportunities.
• Direct Training Analysis activities and training curriculum design with technical leads and SMEs.
• Integrate CAE technologies and subcontractor capabilities into cohesive training solutions.
• Prepare and deliver solution reviews communicating technical and commercial aspects.
• Present training solutions to customers during capture and proposal phases.
